Junior Service Advisor / Front Office Support
103 Auto Repair is looking for an energetic, organized, and team-focused person to join our front-of-house team as a Junior Service Advisor.
This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to jump in wherever needed. This person will work closely with our Lead Service Advisor to keep the front office running smoothly and create a seamless experience for every client.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients and checking vehicles in
- Reviewing invoices and checking clients out
- Providing rides and running parts as needed
- Filing, data entry, and general office work
- Helping maintain a clean and organized front office
- Editing digital vehicle inspections for clarity and accuracy
- Learning to build repair estimates
- Looking up parts and labor through our point-of-sale system
- Supporting the Lead Service Advisor and filling gaps throughout the day
- Doing whatever is reasonably needed to help the team accomplish its mission
The right person will be:

- Organized and able to manage several tasks at once

- Detail-oriented and comfortable using computers
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Calm and adaptable when priorities change
- Committed to supporting the team and providing an exceptional client experience
- Able to pass a background check and have a valid license
Automotive experience is helpful, but a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the team are most important. This position offers the opportunity to learn the service advisor role from the ground up and grow within the company.
